Returns Policy: Regrettably, due to the unique and personal nature of our products, we cannot accommodate returns because you have changed your mind - this does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Damaged Goods: 

If you have received damaged goods, please get in touch with us immediately by email; hello@portfoliosoaps.co.uk. Please include photographs of the outer packaging and the goods. Note that you can also reject damaged parcels on arrival
