Shipping policy

Shipping: UK orders are packed and dispatched by Royal Mail Standard tracked mail at a flat rate of £4.00 (dispatched within 3-5 working days). Express from £7.25 (1-2 working days - order before noon for next working day dispatch). Over £60 standard shipping is FREE.

Lead Time: Our standard lead time is 2-3 working days or 3-5 days during seasonally busy times such as Christmas, Easter, and special days. Please note: Orders (except express) placed after noon on Friday may be processed on the following Monday.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or International addresses at present. If you have any questions about our delivery arrangements, please drop us an email here.

Delivery Attempts: In most cases, delivery will be attempted twice before the goods are returned to us. For missed deliveries, you may need to pay for redelivery.

Damaged Goods: If you have received damaged goods, please get in touch with us immediately by email here and supply photographs of the packaging and goods. Note that you can also reject the parcels if they arrive damaged. They will be returned to us for inspection. We will arrange a replacement or refund and may request the return of faulty goods. Please pack them securely for return.
